LGP - Light Guide Plate
In the world of Backlight LED Illumination, the LGP – Light Guide Plate is the most critical component for uniform backlighting. Starting with optical grade sheet acrylic. Next, the acrylic is laser micro-dotted. Finishing with, the LED light source that is piped into the edge of the acrylic sheet. Most importantly, this is where the magic begins.

To clarify, LED lighting uniformity across a sheet of acrylic is critical. To put it differently, lighting projects require advanced dotting technology to keep the dark spots and hot spots out. Make your LED illuminated project, such as a LED bar, backsplash, or backlight graphics look perfect.
LED Acrylic Dotting:
As you can imagine, the thinner the acrylic sheet, the more complex the light guide manufacturing becomes. By all means, our latest technology breaks the barrier allowing 2mm acrylic etching. Of course we do a variety of acrylic thicknesses such as 3mm and 6.5mm as standards.
Wire-Free Light Guide:
Most importantly ThinLight Patented Wire-Free Technology saves space. At the same time, eliminating the quality problems with internal wiring. Wire-Free Technology makes the most robust light source allowing years of trouble-free illumination.
