The quality assurance of a brand is something that is built slowly over time. It takes dedication and attention to detail not just once, but each and every time a product is assembled and shipped out the door.
How do you know you can trust a ThinLight product?
The crew at ThinLight prides themselves on being based in Minnesota. We love our state and our hometown and believe in supporting the local economy with jobs and commerce. We only work with American- made products and only use the highest quality parts in our light panels. We work with vendors that we can trust because we know that our light panels are only as strong as they parts that they are made of.
Each of our products is made individually by skilled technicians and engineers at our local production line. We know that we can only produce light panels that meet our standards of quality if all of our employees remains dedicated to crafting a quality product each step of the way.
In spite of all our best efforts, we know that we are only human and that sometimes, mistakes happen. That’s why we put all of our products through extensive quality assurance testing. Each light panel is checked for durability and stability using a vibration pad that was custom designed by ThinLight technicians. To ensure the delicate acrylic layer on each ThinLight light panel is scratch free, engineers use a high speed camera to reveal any imperfections. Up to nine images of each panel are taken and carefully reviewed before shipment. We also make sure each LED light is functioning properly before they are shipped.
We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a 3-year warranty with all our products.
